The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy - It’s the smallest actions that we repeatedly do that ultimately shape our entire lives, thus change is easy and small; yet massive in the longterm. He gives so many great examples. I have read this 2 times and am rereading it currently.
Atomic Habits by James Clear Environment is a huge contributor to the action we take by default. Such a quick read too.
